故园东望路漫漫，双袖龙钟泪不干。

马上相逢无纸笔，凭君传语报平安。

岑参（718？－769？），荆州江陵（今湖北江陵县）人或南阳棘阳（今河南南阳市）人，唐代诗人，与高适并称“高岑”。岑参工诗，长于七言歌行。

CEN Shen（718?－769?）, a native of Jiangling, Jingzhou (present-day Jiangling, Hubei Province), otherwise a native of Jiyang, Nanyang (present-day Nanyang, Henan Province). He was a poet in the Tang dynasty. Gaoshi (also a poet) and Cen have been known as “Gao & Cen”. Cen was good at writing poems, especially seven- syllabic chantstrolls (gexing), a style of ancient Chinese poems. (陈蕾译)
