它一点也不权威，一点也不规范，仅仅是博客nikolai nolan一个个人的杰作，却也引得博客世界为之侧目。当然，所有的候选人都是博客们或网友们投票选出的。你可以对其权威性表示徒劳的质疑。但是，我还是劝你，好好看看这些“大奖”，看看里面有着你多少新的发现和惊奇。看看哪些精彩而幸运的博客们荣获殊荣。
去年“年度博客”奖金为2002美分，不用猜，今年“年度博客”奖金一定是2003美分。这样一年一美分的上涨，虽然不可观，与诺贝尔奖金差距太远，却的确是年年在保持上涨，至少比这些年的nasdaq要好多了。
